Privacy Policy, Security Standards, and GDPR
At Signite we care about the Privacy and Security of your Personal Data. As part of that, we have implemented and accomplished all the required security and privacy measures in order to be Compliant with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
The Signite app is an authorized app on Google Marketplace, and has limited access to your information, specifically only to that information which is necessary to populate your users’ signatures and manage signature deployment. See what information Signite has access to in the following guide:
https://www.signite.io/support/guides/access-to-information/
Signite doesn’t make use of SMTP or Relay and deploys the signatures directly to your users’ Gmail signature settings, the same way it would have been done manually, using Google Workspace’s API.
We don’t keep or save passwords, but work directly with Google Workspace’s API, requiring that you login to your business account on Google, and does not keep your billing information or your credit card on file. You are required to input your payment details on each renewal manually.
If you are a data controller, Article 28 to the GDPR requires you to have some “Contractual Obligations” between you and any of your Processors. This agreement is usually referred to as “Data Processing Agreement”.
For your convenience, we have drafted a DPA for Signite, which is designed to address the requirements of Article 28 of the GDPR. It includes the respective obligations of us, as a data processor on your behalf.
If you want us to provide you with a copy of our DPA, please contact us in support@signite.io
