Update and Redeploy Signatures
Once a signature is deployed, changing it or redeploying it can be done in a few ways.
1. Edit the Signature Template
All changes made to the template, once updated, will result in a prompt to deploy the signatures for the users the template is assigned to.
You can also force a redeployment by using the green Update Template button, even if no changes were made to the template.
2. Update the User
Changing a deployed user’s information from the account’s Users screen in Signite will result in a prompt to re-deploy the signature for that user.
You can also force redeployment by using the blue Re-Deploy button, even if no changes were made to the template.
Note that in either case, it’s important to refresh your Gmail screen following any deployment / redeployment.
3. Update User Information From Google Workspace
Synchronizing user information from Google Workspace will prompt Signite to redeploy the signatures to all currently deployed users.
