Information Update and Redeployment

Signite redeploys your signature in the following circumstances:

1. When Updating the User Information

When updating your users’ information, whether it is within the Signite interface or by synchronizing the information from Google Workspace, the signature preview in Signite is updated as well.

Updating in Signite or synchronizing changes from Google Workspace will prompt Signite to redeploy the signatures to all currently deployed users.

2. When Updating the Template

Using the Update Template button in the template editing screen, even without making any changes, will prompt a redeployment of the template to all deployed users the template was already assigned to. This will populate each user’s information based on the template and deploy it to their Gmail signature settings.
