Signite And The GDPR

At Signite we care about the Privacy and Security of your Personal Data. As part of that, we have implemented and accomplished all the required security and privacy measures in order to be Compliant with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

If you are a data controller, Article 28 to the GDPR requires you to have some “Contractual Obligations” between you and any of your Processors. This agreement is usually referred to as “Data Processing Agreement”.

To make your life easier, we have drafted a DPA for Signite, which is designed to address the requirements of Article 28 of the GDPR. It includes the respective obligations of us, as a data processor on your behalf.
